Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
